• The dining room boasts a cozy window seat and direct access to a side deck with a gas barbecue and an al fresco dining area.

• The fully-equipped kitchen includes a large refrigerator, gas stove and oven, Bosch dishwasher, copper sink, trash compactor, microwave, and a roomy pantry. A convenient half bath is located nearby.

SECOND FLOOR - Primary Suite, Guest Room & Full Bath

• The primary suite offers a king-size bed, flat-screen TV, and French doors leading to a private deck overlooking the trees. The en suite bathroom features both a shower and a classic clawfoot tub.

• The guest room includes a queen-size bed, closet, and dresser. The nearby full bathroom has a shower and clawfoot tub combo with a hand-held showerhead.

THIRD FLOOR LOFT - Open Sleeping Areas

• The vaulted loft is divided into two semi-private sleeping spaces. One side has a queen bed, twin bed, and a small seating area, while the other features an additional queen bed. The loft overlooks the central atrium and provides a unique view all the way to the lower level.
